Who we are

Collective knowledge for a changing world

The three co-founders bring diverse experience across markets, industries, and geographies—designing, founding, and co-creating along the way. What unites them is the hard-earned understanding that decisions are too often guided by instinct or biased assumptions.

With complementary backgrounds in business leadership, design, and strategy, we bring decades of experience building companies, leading digital transformation, and creating human-centred solutions.

This collective knowledge forms the foundation of LIFT: where we help people make more informed decisions by exploring possible scenarios and providing clear, shareable insights that serve decision-makers directly.
